We are open for indoor and outdoor dining and we have removed some tables to increase the distance between guests. All our staff is required to wear masks and undergo daily temperature checks. We offer home delivery through Door Dash, Grub Hub and Uber Eats to most of East and South Bay.
The health and safety of our guests and team members has always been a top priority for us at Red Hot Chilli Pepper. We have installed two hospital grade HEPA filters in the dining room and ventilate the dining room by keeping the patio door always open.
We want you to know that from our 700-degree wok, to container, to you, it’s our policy that your food is never touched once it comes out of the wok. We operate with the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. We are taking the following preventative measures for our guests and team members.
- Frequent and thorough hand washing is required from all our team members.
- Any team member showing any flu-like symptom or fever will be instructed to stay home out of an abundance of caution until they are symptom free.
- Requiring all food handlers to wear a mask, frequently change their gloves and ensuring there is no contact with your food after it has left the wok.
- Frequent and thorough cleaning and disinfecting of our restaurant especially high contact surfaces such as registers, counters and doors.
